This is the upper body portion of a large globular jar, with the sherd broken at the juncture with the rim, which was clearly everted. The rim diameter cannot be determined, but the vessel’s diameter at the neck is estimated at 42 cm. The vessel is not decorated, but parallel wiping striations are visible on the exterior. On the interior there are shallow anvil impressions, indicating use of the paddle-and-anvil method to thin the vessel’s walls.
