Collections of artifacts from Jaffa and Abu Kabir.
Notes
Intensive archaeological research on Jaffa since the inception of the Jaffa Cultural Heritage Project permits the collation of a number of locations of known artifact collections originating from Jaffa. Although this list will no doubt continue to be expanded in the future, it serves as a useful starting point for identifying Jaffa’s archaeological remains among various collections worldwide. We omit here reference to collections of finds in the custody of the Israel Antiquities Authority.
Acknowledgments
I thank Yoav Arbel and Tzvika Shacham for their various additions to the list of collections.
